SHIPPING POLICY

FREE Shipping on orders $150+

We offer FREE postage on all orders of $150.00 within Australia. For orders under $150.00 we offer Standard postage for a flat fee of $9.95.  We use Australia Post.

 SHIPPING SEND OFF TIMES

Orders are posted within 1 – 2 working days. Allow for shipping/ postage time of 2 – 7 days dependant on the volume at Australia Post.  

EXPRESS ORDERS:

We do not cater for express postage.  If you have an urgent order, please visit the store.

WHERE WE SHIP

We only ship/ post within Australia.

WHO PAYS SHIPPING ON RETURNED ITEMS?

Note:  due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES ADDRESSES?

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
