Refund policy

Online Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days and is for Online purchases only.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, if you are unhappy with your online purchase and you return it to us within 30 days of its purchase we will refund or exchange the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be returned:

a) with tags and hygiene stickers still attached
b) absent of make-up or any other stains 
c) in the same condition that you received it

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty Items
Once your item is received and deemed faulty, you will be reimbursed a return postage cost of $9.95 in addition to a full refund on the item. 


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at kathy@bikinionthebeach.com.au and send your item to: Logan Hyperdome Shopping Centre, Bryants Road, Level 1, Shop 29, Loganholme QLD 4129, Australia.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Logan Hyperdome Shopping Centre, Bryants Road, Level 1, Shop 29, Loganholme QLD 4129, Australia. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to Bikini on the Beach. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In Store Refunds and Returns Policy:

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.  This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for the drop in value.

If the problem is NOT MAJOR, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.  It if is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
